A public selection is launched to enroll, on the Master's degree programs of the University of Salerno, 45 non-EU students residing abroad who hold a degree from a foreign institution. Prospective candidates must submit their applications and related documents through the Universitaly platform (https://www.universitaly.it/) no later than 11:59 p.m. (CEST) on May 25, 2023. New deadline!

For the academic year 2023-2024, a reserved number of places has been established based on the geographical areas of origin of international students: Balkan Peninsula (5 places); Latin America (10 places); Middle East and North Africa (10 places); Ukraine (10 places); other geographical areas (10 places). In any case, any places not allocated to a specific Area may be redistributed by the Commission according to the applications received.

The University of Salerno has launched for the year 2023 a call to select 30 foreign or Italian scholars, non-tax resident in Italy, with high scientific qualifications, belonging to non-Italian university, research or higher education institutions, to carry out the following activities

• joint research;
• teaching activities.

Both activities may be included in the proposal, but only one option must be selected when submitting the application, based on the prevailing activity.

The following categories of visits can be proposed:

• category A: visits for periods equal to 30 days to be carried out continuously;
• category B: visits for periods equal to 90 days to be carried out continuously.

Mobility can only be proposed for visits by "outstanding researchers/professors" including emeriti, i.e. researchers and lecturers with an excellent track record and international recognition for their scientific and/or academic achievements.

Mobility must take place between 15.02.2023 and 31.12.2023. The end date of the project is 31.12.2023.

Visiting professors/researchers in retirement and not carrying out academic activities are not eligible.
