THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE AN OVERALL VISION OF THE TOPICS AND PROBLEMS RELEVANT TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP BY BLENDING STRATEGIC THINKING WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING. EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES: THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED WILL BE USEFUL TO START UP NEW BUSINESSES, TO CARRY OUT THE ENTREPRENEURIAL FUNCTION BOTH IN PERSON AND AS A DELEGATED ENTREPRENEUR (MANAGER OF A LARGE COMPANY) WITH THE PURPOSE OF SEARCHING AND EXPLOITING THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT THE CONTEXT PRESENTS. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: THE STUDENT: - WILL KNOW THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRATEGIC; MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC COMPETITIVENESS - WILL UNDERSTAND THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN RESOURCES, SKILLS AND SKILLS; - WILL KNOW THE FUNDAMENTALS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION; - YOU WILL KNOW THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP. THE COURSE WILL BE CARRIED OUT THROUGH LECTURES IN ENGLISH (15 HOURS=5 CFU). DURING THE LESSONS, BOTH THEORETICAL LESSONS AND EXERCISES AND GROUP WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT. THESE LATTER ARE AIMED AT THE ANALYSIS OF SPECIFIC BUSINESS PROBLEMS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING OBJECTIVES RELATED TO INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT, COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND LEARNING ABILITY. |
Verification of learning | |

LEARNING VERIFICATION WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITH A FINAL EXAM. THE LEVEL OF ACHIEVEMENT OF THE TEACHING OBJECTIVES IS CERTIFIED BY PASSING AN EXAM WITH A RATING OUT OF THIRTY. THE EXAM INCLUDES AN ORAL EXAM WHICH CONSISTS OF A DISCUSSION LASTING ABOUT 15 MINUTES AIMED AT ASSESSING THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRATEGIC, MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC COMPETITIVENESS, THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN RESOURCES, SKILLS AND SKILLS; TO ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION; TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP; AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO APPLY SUCH KNOWLEDGE. THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF ASSESSMENT (18/30) IS AWARDED WHEN THE STUDENT HAS SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS AND/OR SHOWS A JUST SUFFICIENT ABILITY TO CONNECT THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE TO THE STUDY CONTEXT OR A JUST SUFFICIENT ABILITY TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE IN STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP TOPIC REFERRED TO IN THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE. THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30/30) IS AWARDED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS AND/OR SHOWS A NOTEWORTHY ABILITY TO CONNECT THEORETICAL REFERENCES TO THE STUDY CONTEXT AND A NOTEWORTHY ABILITY TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE ON THE TOPIC OF STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP REFERRED TO IN THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE. PRAISE IS AWARDED WHEN THE CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THEORETICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONTENTS AND SHOWS THE ABILITY TO PRESENT THE TOPICS WITH REMARKABLE LANGUAGE PROPERTY AND INDEPENDENT PROCESSING ABILITY EVEN IN CONTEXTS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER |
