UNISA International Christmas Cookbook 2025: A Celebration of Cultures and Traditions
UNISA International office is proud to present its Christmas Cookbook – International Edition 2025, a digital collection of Christmas recipes shared by students from all over the world.
Each recipe carries a memory, a tradition, and a sense of home. Through this project, we aimed to highlight the diversity of voices and cultural backgrounds that make our campus an inclusive and welcoming environment. By exploring different cultural approaches to the holiday season, food becomes a powerful way to connect stories, identities, and communities.
More than just a recipe book, this cookbook is a reminder that sharing food means sharing culture. We invite you to cook, taste, and pass these recipes on—making them feel a little more like home, wherever you are.
We warmly thank all the students who contributed and helped make this project possible.
We wish the entire UNISA International community a wonderful Christmas break and a new year filled with rewarding experiences.

Christmas Cookbook UNISA International: una celebrazione di culture e tradizioni
L'Ufficio Internazionalizzazione è lieto di presentare il Christmas Cookbook – International Edition 2025, una raccolta digitale di ricette natalizie condivise da studenti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Ogni ricetta racchiude un ricordo, una tradizione e un senso di casa. Con questo progetto abbiamo voluto valorizzare la diversità di voci e culture che rendono il nostro campus un ambiente inclusivo e accogliente. Attraverso i diversi modi di vivere e celebrare le festività, il cibo diventa uno strumento di connessione tra storie, identità e comunità.
Più di un semplice ricettario, questo libro è un promemoria: condividere il cibo significa condividere la cultura. Vi invitiamo a cucinare, assaggiare e tramandare queste ricette, rendendole un po’ più “di casa”, ovunque vi troviate.
Ringraziamo calorosamente tutti gli studenti che hanno partecipato e contribuito alla realizzazione di questo progetto.
Auguriamo a tutta la comunità UNISA International una serena pausa natalizia e un nuovo anno ricco di esperienze significative.
