Guidelines for the annual planning of the training offer.
Functions
The Permanent Didactic Commission has instructed and/or propositional tasks concerning:
-The organization and carrying out of the didactic activities of the study courses and the doctorate courses of the department;
-The determination of human and instrumental resources aimed at carrying out teaching and training activities;
-The identification of tangible and intangible tools to promote quality teaching;
-The promotion of any activity aimed at intensifying educational collaborations with the associated departments;
-The verification of didactic activities according to the provisions of current legislation;
-The optimization of the training offer provided, the teaching provided and the request for external teaching;
-The collection and organization of requests and offers of supplementary teaching, including the assumption of information about the teaching provided and the verification of compliance with the requirements imposed by the regulation implementing art. 6 paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 l. 240/2010;
-The internal evaluation criteria for teaching activities, as well as activation and maintenance of information systems for collecting data useful for evaluation procedures;
-Any other teaching task established by the Department Council on the proposal of the Didactic Council.
Furthermore, the Commission prepares the general plan of the educational offer and the annual didactic planning based on what has been elaborated by the course managers and expresses an opinion on the didactic objectives to be achieved annually, also monitoring the achievement of the same.
Furthermore, the Commission, in collaboration with the T.A. takes care of the correct insertion of the annual training offer in the ESSE3 system and supports the Course of study managers in defining the planned and delivered teaching (SUA-CdS form).

Periodic meetings based on the ministerial deadlines for the preparation of its Course of study; at least every six months for the assessments of the adequacy of the legal system and regulations.
