The Raising Entrepreneur Project intended to create an opportunity for future work for young NEETs, through a training course aimed at enhancing their entrepreneurial skills and their transversal skills, as well as the acquisition of essential skills to settle a business start-up. The young NEETs were guided in the drafting of a business plan, a necessary prerequisite for accessing the subsidized credit consisting of the Selfiemployment financial revolving fund managed by Invitalia.
