The results of the research phase relating to the She Business_Leadership & Self Empowerment project were collected in the paper "Profiles of female leadership. The results of She Business Project", published in the third edition of "Le Grand Livre de l''Economie PME" ( 2014), edited by Gilles Lecointre, Professor of the Université de Paris Ovest Nanteree La Défense.

On November 19, 2014, in Paris, the work received the AWARD, awarded by an international jury composed of representatives of the economic, academic, and institutional world, as Best Foreign Contribution. The competition saw the participation of over 100 contributions submitted for publication by professors belonging to international Universities and Grandes Ecoles.
The publishing project was supported by the Ministère de l'Eduction Nationale, by KPMG, by CGPME, Fédère les dirigeants de TPE et PME parisiennes.
