Laboratories
Mission
The T25 teaching laboratory of computer science is located on the ground floor of the Engineering Building (Building E) and is dedicated to carrying on teaching activities related to courses both in computer science and in other engineering sectors that involve the use of compuer machines for design activities.
To book the laboratory with the purposes of lessons or guided exercises, it is needed to send an e-mail to the technical manager, Dr. Rita Casciello, according to the procedures provided in the document "Modalità di prenotazione LABT25" (available only in Italian).
During the daily opening hours and in the absence of other activities, students and professors of engineering courses may enter the laboratory and use the available equipment by using their own badge and without having to make any request for an account.
Daily Openings:
- From Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Laboratory is not accessible to the public when teaching activities are officially suspended.

This calendar needs to be integrated with the official lecture and exam activities relative to all Engineering courses.
Technical specifications
The laboratory is equipped by:
- n. 40 computers with Windows and Mac OS X Operative System connected to the global network
- n. 1 master computer with Windows and Mac OS X Operative Systems connected to the global network and reserved to the teacher
- n. 2 Windows servers
- n. 1 laser printer
- n. 1 whiteboard with video projector and audio-video system for interactive lessons

- video surveillance system
