Research | ApproidLab

The ApproidLab is a laboratory for the development of apps for Android devices. All types of apps are developed. Of particular interest are those related to the interaction with devices of the Internet of Things.

Courses

The ApproidLab offers supports to the Mobile Programming course for the bachelor degree in "Informatica" (Computer Science). In addition, it offers the possibility of developing the work for the thesis and the possibility of working on research projects involving Android app development. Occasionally, other operating systems are considered.

Collaborations

The development of Android apps related to specific problems in the filed of Computer Security is carried out in collaboration with eTuitus. Several students that have developed projects in the ApproidLab have been hired by eTuitus both with permanent positions and with stages.

Location

The ApproidLab is hosted in the Computer Music Lab: Dipartimento di Informatica, Building F, Floor 2, Office 14.
