The course aims to transfer the methodological approach as well as the organizational and Human Resource Management tools useful for strategic and responsible management of organizational change. In particular, students will be able to identify, understand and govern the variables, both hard and soft, of organizational processes, which guide change in an ethical and social dimension. |
