| Objectives | |

| To guide students in a process of in-depth study of the regulatory function of the contract. The objective will be that of forming a high critical capacity in the examination of national and European negotiation events. During the course the knowledge of the legal terminology in English of the topics covered will be deepened. |
| Contents | |

| The course examines some fundamental aspects of the contractual discipline, with particular attention to the Italian-European source system. The main questions raised by the process of forming a common European private law are then analyzed. |
