	Objectives
	To guide students in a process of in-depth study of the regulatory function of the contract. The objective will be that of forming a high critical capacity in the examination of national and European negotiation events. During the course the knowledge of the legal terminology in English of the topics covered will be deepened.

	Contents
	The course examines some fundamental aspects of the contractual discipline, with particular attention to the Italian-European source system. The main questions raised by the process of forming a common European private law are then analyzed.
