Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE MAIN GOAL OF THIS TEACHING IS TO PROVIDE TO THE STUDENTS THE BASIC CONCEPTS AND PRINCIPLES FOR MANAGING BUSINESS IN DYNAMIC CONTEXT. EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES ARE BASED ON THE COMPREHENSION OF THE MAIN MODELS OF DECISION MAKING IN COMPLEX CONTEXTS TO SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES AND THE GOVERNMENT OF ITS PROCESSES. THE ABILITY TO MAKE EVALUATIONS CONCERNING THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN COMPLEX CONTEXT.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
ABILITY TO APPLY BUSINESS GOVERNANCE MODELS IN DYNAMIC AND COMPLEX CONTEXTS, TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE DIFFERENT COMPANY LEVELS THE RESULTS OF THE DECISION MAKING AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROCESSES WITH ABILITY OF ARGUMENTING ON MANAGEMENT CHOICES IN EVOLUTIONARY AND DYNAMIC CONTEXTS. BUSINESS ANALYSIS MODELS: SWOT ANALYSIS, ABELL’S MODEL, POSITIONING, FOR 2 HOURS OF FRONTAL LESSONS;
DECISION SUPPORT MODELS: PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE, BCG MATRIX, BALANCED SCORECARD, FOR 2 HOURS OF FRONTAL LESSONS.
Teaching Methods
FRONTAL LESSONS FOR 15 HOURS (5 CFU).
IT'S NOT MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE LESSONS.
Verification of learning
THE EXAMS WILL BE HELD WITH AN ORAL INTERVIEW FOCUSED ON THE DEEPENING OF THE COURSE TOPICS AND TO THEIR UNDERSTANDING BY THE STUDENT. THE EVALUATION WILL BE IN THIRTIETHS.
THE MINIMUM (18), WHEN THE LEARNER PRESENTS A FRAGMENTARY KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS OF THE COURSE AND A POOR ABILITY TO CONTEXTUALIZE THEM.
THE MAXIMUM (30) IS ASSIGNED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENTS AND THE ABILITY TO OPERATE AUTONOMOUSLY THE CONCEPTUAL LINKS BETWEEN THEM.
PRAISE IS GIVEN WHEN THE LEARNER DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENT, ABILITY TO ARGUE WITH ADEQUATE LANGUAGE PROPERTIES AND THE ABILITY TO CONTEXTUALIZE THEM EVEN IN DIFFERENT CONTEXTS FROM THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER.
