Objectives
THE CLINIC HAS THE OBJECTIVE OF OFFERING STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY NEW FORMS OF EXPRESSION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SUCH AS "FASHION LAW" AND DESIGN LAW, WHICH REPRESENT AN INCREASING SOURCE OF LEGAL INTEREST, DUE TO THE GROWING ECONOMIC INTERESTS INVOLVED, AMPLIFIED BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES, INCLUDING COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMERCIAL. THE ANALYSIS OF LAW CASES WHICH HAVE INVOLVED THE MAJOR FASHION HOUSES, AS WELL AS DESIGN OBJECTS/PROJECTS, THEREFORE TWO-DIMENSIONAL AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN, WHETHER REGISTERED OR NOT, WILL INTRODUCE THE STUDENT INTO A PROFESSIONAL FIELD WHERE JUDICIAL PROTECTION INSTITUTIONS, OUT OF JUDICIAL AND PREVENTIVE ARE VERY HIGH; FURTHERMORE, COMPARISON WITH SUPRANNATIONAL, EUROPEAN AND US REGULATIONS WILL BE A NECESSARY AND FUNDAMENTAL CONDITION FOR OFFERING HIGHLY QUALIFIED LEGAL TRAINING REGARDING THE DIFFERENT LIFE STAGES OF THE SECTOR'S PRODUCTS.

KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL NOTIONS OF ANGLO-AMERICAN LAW

BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT EUROPEAN AND NATIONAL REGULATIONS REGARDING REGISTERED AND UNREGISTERED DESIGN. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS WITH THE AMERICAN EXPERIENCE. ANALYSIS OF THE MOST RECENT AND IMPORTANT JURISPRUDENTIAL CASES INVOLVING THE IMPORTANT FASHION HOUSES AND THE MOST KNOWN DESIGN PROJECTS.
