GENERAL AIM THE COURSE AIMS TO ANALYZE THE MAIN CORPORATE CHARACTERISTICS AND PRACTICES RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONSHIPS IN DYNAMIC, DIGITALIZED AND COMPETITIVE CONTEXTS. TO THIS END THE STRATEGIC ROLE OF RELATIONSHIPS IS ANALYZED BY CONSIDERING BOTH BTB AND BTC MARKETS. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE STUDENT WILL ACQUIRE THE KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO THE ABILITY IN SUPPORTING BUSINESSES TOWARDS THE BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLID RELATIONSHIPS WITH CRITICAL STAKEHOLDERS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE WILL BE USEFUL TO OPERATE IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS, HOLDING MANAGERIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OR TO CARRY OUT CONSULTANCY ACTIVITIES ABOUT THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIP STRATEGIES. |

THE LEARNING VERIFICATION WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE END OF THE COURSE WITH FINAL EXAM. THE ASSESSMENT WILL BE EXPRESSED IN THIRTIETHS. THE EXAM INCLUDES AN ORAL EXAM WHICH CONSISTS OF A DISCUSSION LASTING NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON THE TOPICS COVERED DURING THE COURSE. THE ORAL TEST IS AIMED AT DEEPENING THE LEVEL OF THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE, THE AUTONOMY OF ANALYSIS AND JUDGMENT, AS WELL AS THE STUDENT'S PRESENTATION SKILLS, |
