Knowledge and understanding The student will have a detailed knowledge of a particular research topic typical of chemical engineering, applied to the food industry context Applied knowledge and understanding - Engineering analysis The student will know how to apply the knowledge acquired in conducting complex experiments or modeling. Applied knowledge and understanding - Engineering design The student will know how to design an experimental campaign. Autonomy of judgment - engineering practice The student will be able to identify the main experimental and modeling parameters in a complex experimentation Transversal skills - communication skills The student will be able to communicate the results developed in written and oral form according to the canons of technical-scientific literature. Transversal skills - learning ability The student will be able to identify the bibliographic sources inherent to the topic addressed in the literature. |
