	Objectives
	The students of the master degree program in Smart Industry Engineering develops their internship with companies under agreement with the Department of Industrial Engineering according to the regulations of the program committee also listed in "Regolamento per lo svolgimento del tirocinio" (the students can refer to Master degree in Mechanical Eng.). The internships represent an important training moment both for students, who can approach the world of work and increase their employment opportunities, and for companies who can receive stimuli and innovation contributions, having the opportunity to get to know and evaluate potential future collaborators . Internships, combined with theses carried out at companies, are also a valuable tool for technology transfer. The presence of young undergraduates, followed by their university supervisors, will be very useful for creating a bridge between the research carried out in the Departments and companies, with the possibility of responding to the innovation needs of companies and disseminating and finalizing the research capacity of the University. The end of internship report is carried out as for all exams, i.e. digital report and signature. It is therefore necessary to book the end of internship exam well in advance by accessing the online services.
