Objectives | |

Main goal The course provides an in-depth understanding of Organizational Change Management and the aspects of organizational behavior that contribute to an ethical and efficient management of change. Knowledge and understanding The student: - will know the different organizational approaches to change management; - will understand the tools of business organization and Human Resource Management useful for a responsible management of change. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding The student will be able to analyze and govern the variables, both hard and soft, that support change in an ethical and social dimension. The teaching contributes to the achievement of the transversal objectives of the course of study and in particular: Autonomy of judgment The student will be able to: - coordinate, direct and motivate; - solve problems and make decisions; - evaluate the dynamics of formation, operation and sustainable change of the company; - formulate reports and evaluations based on limited or incomplete information Communication skills The student will be able to: - communicate in English - communicate using IT tools; - convey ideas, problems and solutions; - manage national and international relations; - communicate with stakeholders Learning skills The student will be able to: - proceed autonomously in updating knowledge; - evaluate the continuation of their education in a university and non-university context. |
