Announcements Incoming Mobility
A public selection process is currently in progress to enroll a total of 50 non-EU students who reside abroad and hold qualifications obtained from foreign institutions, for the University of Salerno master's degree programs.
Prospective candidates are required to submit their applications along with the necessary documents following the procedures outlined here below.
Please also note that the submission of applications is scheduled to begin on April 15, 2024, and will remain open until 11:59 PM (CEST) on June 3rd, 2024.

To complete your Application online click here
1. Select from the MENU top right Registrazione studenti stranieri e minorenni (Registration on the English page);
2. After completing registation click LOGIN using username and password provided by ESSE3;
3. Select Area Utente -> Test di valutazione (Home -> Evaluation test on the English page)
4. Click on ISCRIZIONE TEST DI VALUTAZIONE
5. Select CORSO SINGOLO (Master's Degree Courses on the English page)
6. Select the Master Degree you wish to enrol in.
For the academic year 2024-2025, the following countries or geographical areas are defined as priorities: Graduates of UNIMED Associated Universities (10 places) Africa (10 places); Argentina (5 places); Colombia (5 places); Middle East (5 places); Ukraine (5 places); Vietnam (5 places); other countries or geographical areas (5 places).
If the student is in their final year of secondary school and is on the verge of taking the final exam, their application should be deemed provisionally accepted. (Refer to the Ministry for Universities and Research Procedures for 2024-2025 at https://www.universitaly.it/studenti-stranieri)
Results will be published on June 18th, 2024.

The International Office of the University of Salerno is pleased to invite you to join the 7th Edition of its International Staff Training Week from May 27th to May 31st, 2024, “Globalizing Education: Exploring Multiculturalism and Boosting Mobility. A Focus on European Alliances”
The program will focus on the Internationalisation of Higher Education Institutions, and applications from staff working on this issue are particularly welcome.
We believe that this Staff Training Week offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills, share experiences, and foster collaboration with international colleagues. It promises valuable insights into the global landscape of education. We are delighted to welcome teaching and non-teaching University Staff with an international perspective, facilitating mutual learning, the consolidation and strengthening of current relations, and the creation of new partnerships.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful town of Salerno, situated between the famous Amalfi Coast (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and the Cilento Coast, with its unique natural landscape. Additionally, they can visit Paestum, one of the most significant archaeological sites in Italy. Integration among participants will be fostered through our social program, including networking lunches and visits that offer the chance to discover the excellence of our territory.
Living and accommodation expenses will be covered by participants.
We will select up to 35 participants, with a maximum of 2 participants per university or country. Selection results will be published on March 26th, 2024.
The working language for all activities will be English.

The University of Salerno announces a call for applications to select no. 30 foreign or Italian outstanding scholars not residing in Italy and affiliated to foreign universities or research/higher education institutions, to carry out:
- joint research at one or more the host university departments;
- teaching activities (including full or partial modules, series of lectures/seminars in BA, MA, and doctoral programs).
Proposals may include both types of activities, but applicants must choose only one option during the application procedure based on the predominant activity.
The proposed visits fall into the following categories:
- no. 10 Visiting researchers (category A): visits for continuous periods of 30 days;
- no. 20 Visiting professors (category B): visits for continuous periods of 90 days.
Eligible applicants must be "outstanding researchers/professors" including emeriti, i.e. researchers and professors with an excellent track record and internationally renowned for their achievements in specific scientific and/or academic fields.
Mobility must take place between 15.02.2024 and 31.12.2024. The end date of the project is 31.12.2024.
Visiting professors/researchers in retirement and not carrying out academic activities are not eligible.
