The University of Salerno will offer scholarships to international students who have obtained a bachelor’s degree abroad and wish to enrol in a Master Degree Course (2nd cycle: Laurea Magistrale) a.y. 2019/2020.

Scholarship is made up of:

  • a free Italian Language course lasting 50 hours;
  • free meals at the university canteen;
  • free accommodation at the Halls of Residence.

The above mentioned benefits (free meals and free accommodation) will be offered to the students for the legal duration of the Master degree - two years (10 months each year from October to July).

Master Degrees totally taught in English are the ones listed below:

  • Food Engineering
  • Business Innovation and Informatics
  • Digital Health and Bioinformatics Engineering
  • Computer Science

Tuition fees must be paid by the student. Payment is made in three different instalments.

(For the academic year 2018-2019 the amount of fees was € 804,00 for the whole year. Students belonging to "Countries with low human development" paid € 511,00).

International students who are already enrolled in other Italian Institutions will be excluded from the selection procedure.

Deadline is: 24th Aprile 2019.

The pre-assessment will be carried out by the relevant Academic board. It may request additional information to the participant (i.e: Skype interview, language certificates, etc.).

International students listed in the ranking with the status “Eligible” must follow the pre-enrolment procedure according to the Italian law: www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/ addressing to the Italian Representative in their Country.
