TV56286-NDG-20041 (Prof. Pellecchia) An Open-Label Extension, Multi-centered, Phase 2 Trial to Describe the Safety and Efficacy of TEV-56286 (Emrusolmin) in Participants with Multiple System Atrophy"
The present trial, which is an open-label extension (OLE) of the double-blind (DB) Trial TV56286-NDG-20039, is designed to describe the long-term safety and efficacy of TEV-56286 in participants with MSA. The total duration of participation in this OLE trial is planned to be approximately 100 weeks, of which 96 weeks are treatment with TEV-56286.
